		<description>Mr. Meier was indeed a fixture on the punk scene.  This was no hoax!  Periphery Perfume was his label.  I believe he also played drums for the mighty Nasal Boys.  And Rudolf Dietrich was in Jack &#38; the Rippers.  The label put out Fresh Color which Dieter sang on.</description>
